סיכום
מסמך זה מציג את תשתית הרשת העצבית PatchTST לחיזוי סדרות זמן רב־משתניות. היא מחלקת כל סדרת קלט למקטעים חופפים, מקרינה כל מקטע למרחב תכונות נלמד, מוסיפה קידודי מיקום ומעבדת את הרצף שנוצר באמצעות שכבות מקודד Transformer מוערמות. המקודד מטפל בכל משתנה קלט בנפרד דרך שכבות הקשב, ואז ראש חיזוי ממפה את המקטעים המקודדים לאופק היעד.
הארכיטקטורה תומכת גם בנרמול מופע הפיך, בריפוד אופציונלי בקצה, בנשירה, בקשב שיורי ובראש חיזוי משותף או בראשים נפרדים לכל משתנה. בחירות אלה מאפשרות לשלוט בנרמול, בכיסוי המקטעים, בקיבולת המודל ובשיתוף פרמטרים בין משתנים. החומר שסופק הוא קוד מימוש ולא ניסוי מסחר: הוא אינו מדווח על קבוצת נכסים, שיטת הערכה או תוצאות חיזוי.
לשימוש כמותי, התשתית היא רכיב מידול ולא ראיה ליתרון חיזוי. הביצועים שלה יהיו תלויים בהכנת הנתונים, באורך המקטע ובצעד, בתצורת המודל, בהליך האימון ובתיקוף מחוץ למדגם. הקטע אינו מספק הנחיות לגבי עלויות עסקה או בניית תיק.
רעיונות מרכזיים
- PatchTST ממיר סדרת זמן למקטעים ומטמיע כל מקטע לפני החלת מנגנון הקשב של Transformer.
- המקודד מעבד משתנים בנפרד, ואילו ראש החיזוי יכול לשתף פרמטרים או להשתמש בראש נפרד לכל משתנה.
- נרמול מופע הפיך יכול לנרמל את הקלטים לפני הקידוד ולהחזיר לאחר מכן את התחזיות לסולם המקורי.
- אורך המקטע, הצעד, הריפוד וממדי המודל קובעים את ייצוג הרצף ואת ארכיטקטורת החיזוי.
