Stratmill is an AI strategy factory. AI agents research trading ideas, write the strategy code and backtest it with modeled trading costs. Strategies can be tested with simulated money. Real-money execution requires your explicit authorization and the applicable account controls. If you need help at any step, write to the Stratmill team.

What to write to us about
Pick the closest topic and include what it asks for. The right details let us answer in one reply instead of three.
Paper and live trading
Fills that differ from the backtest, a strategy that was paused or halted, the release sign-off, or the risk limits on your live account.
Include the strategy name and the time of the trade in UTC.
Exchange connections
Connecting an exchange account, the permissions an API key needs, demo and testnet accounts, or a trading bot you let Stratmill drive.
Never send API secrets or passwords. We will never ask for them.
Research library and market data
A symbol or venue you need, a gap in historical data, or a source in the research library that you think is summarised or cited incorrectly.
Include the symbol, venue and timeframe, or the library entry.
Accounts and billing
Questions about plans, payments, invoices, refunds, workspace access or deleting your account.
Write from the email address you signed up with, so we can find your account.
Partnerships and press
Data partnerships, exchange or platform integrations, and questions from journalists.

Privacy, legal and security
For data access or deletion, licensing questions and takedown notices, put "Privacy" or "Legal" in the subject line. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy linked at the foot of this page describe how the service works.
To report a vulnerability, put "Security" in the subject line and describe how to reproduce it. Please allow us reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it publicly.
Stratmill is research and execution software, not a broker or financial adviser. We can explain what the platform did and why, but we cannot advise you on what to buy or sell.
Crypto payment support
Include your invoice ID, network, token and amount. A transaction reference is helpful if available, but normal payment detection is automatic. Never send a seed phrase, private key or wallet password. If a payment is pending, do not pay again before checking its status or contacting us.
Account safety and urgent trading issues
Email support is not an emergency order-management service. If you suspect unauthorized trading or need to act immediately, check your exchange directly and use its order, position and API-access controls. Include the strategy link and UTC time in your report, with secrets removed from screenshots.
Refunds and privacy requests
For an unused credit-pack refund, write within 14 days of purchase and include the invoice reference. For access, correction or deletion of personal information, use “Privacy” in the subject. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. See our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy for details.
