1. What we collect

Account data (email address, display name, hashed password), the strategy ideas and settings you submit, usage and billing records (credit ledger, agent usage, plan history), and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.

2. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card details — payments are processed by Stripe, which shares only a customer reference and subscription status with us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. How we use data

To run your workspace (developing and backtesting your strategies), meter usage, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. Your strategy code and ideas stay private to your workspace unless you explicitly publish a strategy to the marketplace — and even then, only performance metrics are public; the code is disclosed solely to active subscribers under the Terms.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in (sf_session), plus local storage for interface preferences (theme, language). No tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. On request we will delete your account and associated personal data, except records we must keep for accounting or legal compliance. Contact us at the address below.

6. Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; sessions are signed tokens in HTTP-only cookies; workspaces are isolated per account. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password.
