Plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months, and unused monthly credits are not refunded (they are an allowance, not a purchase).
A one-time credit pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once any credits from a pack are spent, the pack is non-refundable, because AI compute is consumed immediately on use.
Strategy subscriptions are paid in credits and renew monthly. Cancel any time to stop future renewals; the current month is not refunded. Access to the strategy copy and its source code ends when the subscription lapses.
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any error, including a full refund where warranted.
