Resumo

Este utilitário prepara artefatos de previsão para notebooks de demonstração ao normalizar nomes de colunas e formatos de data diferentes em uma estrutura comum de timestamp, ativo e previsão. Ele agrupa observações duplicadas de timestamp e ativo e calcula a média de suas pontuações. O carregador procura primeiro as saídas de modelos incluídas no repositório; se esses arquivos não estiverem disponíveis, consulta um registro.

A alternativa do registro prioriza uma execução de modelo associada ao maior Sharpe de validação entre os backtests registrados de sinal, alocação e overlay de risco, e exporta as previsões reservadas para teste dessa execução. Isso mantém as previsões exportadas separadas dos dados de validação usados para selecionar configurações, reduzindo o risco de avaliar um modelo selecionado na mesma amostra usada para selecioná-lo. Se nenhum vencedor elegível de backtest estiver registrado, a alternativa seleciona um conjunto de previsões reservadas para teste pelo coeficiente de informação médio para o horizonte solicitado. Essa alternativa é uma forma prática de recuperação, mas usa um critério de seleção diferente; o código trata do carregamento de artefatos e não fornece evidências de que qualquer modelo selecionado tenha bom desempenho fora da amostra.
