Test whether releasing a binding Hyperliquid open-interest constraint allows a large venue-specific ICP price dislocation to unwind. Trade synchronized 4-HOUR ICP perpetual bars on Hyperliquid and Bybit, with equal base quantities and opposing sides. This is an original event-conditioned convergence hypothesis, not funding carry or ordinary continuous spread reversion. The documented endpoint reports currently capped coins, but does not establish predictive returns: [Hyperliquid perpetual API](https://hyperliquid.gitbook.io/hyperliquid-docs/for-developers/api/info-endpoint/perpetuals). Market orders execute at completed signal-bar closes, the registry's faithful equivalent of next-bar-open execution on continuous venues. Both instruments support netted positions; separate opposing legs require neither hedge mode nor atomic execution. Historical testing is conditional on acquiring complete successful cap snapshots: local hl_oi_cap storage records positive membership only, and its collector conflates failed requests with empty responses. Do not infer a release from missing rows. Use all common audited history once the required event data exist; do not reconstruct historical caps from prices or current snapshots.

Backtest and paper results are hypothetical. Trading involves risk of loss.
