Derived by the Research Lead from the operator FX breadth 17 brief: test lagged relative currency strength across the six specified JPY crosses, buying stronger base currencies and selling weaker ones under one portfolio risk budget. This is an operationalization, not an existing source strategy. Research choices are a volatility-normalized cross-sectional momentum score, two long and two short slots, synchronized 4-hour decisions and a multi-day holding clock. All legs share a JPY account, avoiding the mixed-quote capability failures. Execute at each leg's next eligible bar open; intrabar protective stops are not required by this signal-exit design. Build 4H inputs from validated close-stamped hourly FX observations if native validated 4H bars are unavailable, using the platform FX calendar and DST rules. No bar may cross a market closure; do not fabricate or forward-fill closed hours. Source cutover to Dukascopy must be evidenced per pair; do not assume that documented collector support establishes loaded coverage. Use only the common audited history ending 2026-11-03; record exact first/last timestamps, source and coverage before evaluation. Starting capital is the platform USD 100,000 equivalent converted to JPY by its recorded birth conversion; equity, sizing and primary PnL remain JPY. Freeze the actual execution cost context and its release/hash before any evaluation, preserving HELD/RELEASED qualifications. Normal evidence and promotion gates remain binding; paper admission requires those gates, and any eventual live test is demo-only pending explicit account/risk binding and paper acceptance. Do not launch jobs or alter daily-start/concurrency controls as part of this proposal.
