Both needs require a new source collector. Quantiacs' own endpoints returned small real January 2005 samples without authentication: exact SPX levels and AAPL OHLCV with is_liquid. Complete coverage through the requested end date and historical security mappings remain unverified. Quantiacs' agreement restricts commercial use and redistribution, so public technical access does not establish permission for this factory's intended use. Norgate is a paid, non-equivalent fallback. No purchases, sign-ups, bulk downloads or collector code were performed.
