Exporter les prévisions de l’échantillon de test réservé sans fuite de validation
Résumé
Cet utilitaire prépare les artefacts de prévision pour les notebooks de démonstration en direct en normalisant les noms de colonnes et les formats de date différents dans une structure commune d’horodatage, d’actif et de prévision. Il regroupe les observations dupliquées horodatage-actif et calcule la moyenne de leurs scores. Le chargeur recherche d’abord les sorties de modèles enregistrées dans le dépôt, puis consulte un registre si ces fichiers sont indisponibles.
Le mécanisme de repli du registre privilégie une exécution de modèle associée au meilleur ratio de Sharpe de validation parmi les backtests enregistrés de signal, d’allocation et de mécanismes de gestion du risque, puis exporte les prévisions de l’échantillon de test réservé de cette exécution. Les prévisions exportées restent ainsi distinctes des données de validation utilisées pour sélectionner les configurations, ce qui réduit le risque d’évaluer un modèle sélectionné sur l’échantillon qui a servi à le sélectionner. Si aucun gagnant admissible de backtest n’est enregistré, le mécanisme de repli sélectionne un ensemble de prévisions de l’échantillon de test réservé selon le coefficient d’information moyen pour l’horizon demandé. Ce repli constitue une solution pratique, mais utilise un autre critère de sélection ; le code charge des artefacts et ne prouve pas qu’un modèle sélectionné obtient de bons résultats hors échantillon.
