Resumo
Este módulo estima parâmetros para mercados cripto simulados usados em ambientes de aprendizado por reforço. Ele carrega dados horários de mercados perpétuos para um símbolo selecionado, calcula retornos logarítmicos entre fechamentos e ajusta um modelo de volatilidade GARCH(1,1). Se a biblioteca de estimação não estiver disponível ou a otimização falhar, recorre a estimativas baseadas em momentos, usando a autocorrelação dos retornos ao quadrado e limites predefinidos. Ele restringe a persistência e ancora a volatilidade incondicional na variação da amostra.
Os regimes podem ser identificados aplicando limites à volatilidade móvel ou ajustando um modelo oculto de Markov gaussiano, quando essa dependência estiver disponível.
